We currently ship across India. If your area is not serviceable, we will notify you at the earliest and issue a full refund.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped. If you don't receive it within 3 days of placing the order, please contact us at hi@jayatefarms.com.
If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please reach out to us. We will coordinate with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Jayate Farms is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is refused upon delivery or is undeliverable due to customer error, a shipping fee may be deducted from any applicable refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional handling fee, if applicable.
